Stand with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your big toe and measure the distance at the end of the day, barefoot. Between two sizes, take the larger one: the ballet flat softens slightly as you wear it.

Frequently asked questions
Do they run true to size?
Yes. Take your usual size. If you have narrow feet or you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: the leather softens by about half a size after a few days.
Do they gape at the heel?
The cut is fitted around the heel counter and the back half of the edge is elasticated, which keeps your foot in place even when you walk fast. If your heel still slips, go down one size: exchanges are free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 48 working hours and arrive in 3 to 5 days in mainland France, 5 to 7 days in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. A tracking email is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Can I return or exchange my pair?
You have 14 days after delivery for a free return, refund or size exchange. The pair must have been tried on indoors only, with clean soles, in its original box.
How do I care for them?
Use a soft, dry cloth for the leather. Avoid rain and direct heat, and slip a shoe tree or some paper inside to help them keep their shape.
Is payment secure?
Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment provider. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted. No card details are stored on the site.
